Blue Ridge also known as Orvil Jack is located in Lander County, Nevada. Orvil & Bessie Jack claimed the mine in 1956. The first Blue Ridge that came out of the mine had spider web matrix, or it was in nugget form. Blue Ridge turquoise is typically found as translucent blue nuggets with dark matrix.
